Do you think of yourself as a couch potato? before you go on a river you have to wear safe gear like life jacket, helmet,a pair of special webbed gloves. When you have put your gear on you are good to go.
Alice and Don were the guides. But before you go you have to pump the river bug up. you do not have to panic on the first ride just think of it as a car ride it is fun. If you panic there will be an air bag. I hope that will take most of your worries away.if you fall of your river bug in the rapids and you can not grab hold of your river bug.keep your legs out in front of you .keep your feet of the bottom .now you won't get snagged behind rocks.some one will throw a rope.You will have no problems at all.You all will have fun.

In the weekend I went to my Horse riding. I walked in the gate and I saw that Emma-rose had a cast on her arm she told me that Jerry bucked her off. Then we went to go catch our ponies. I didn't ride Mindy that day because she was in a bad mood so I rode Tony. Tony belongs to Elana and Elana is sort of new. After that we saddled up and went for a big long ride. Next week there is a new girl starting called Jamie with her pony called Silver. When we got back we rugged up the big boys and said good night to our pony's. Finally I went home.

In the weekend I was at the beach.I and we done swimming I was going to surf then A wave came and push me back to the sand.and it hurt ed me and dad got my mum to get the drink put the water on me to stop the sand from Getting in my eyes from Devyne.

Yesterday I tried to catch a roster at my old house we tried to chuck a box on top of the roster but it flew over the fence into the rosebush's and desapird into the garden I looked and looked it had vanish I had to give up because it was time for tee I jumped into the truck and drove off I tried to forget but I couldn't and it was time for tea I ate my tee it was mutton. by Hugh.
